Women can be frustrating at times. That is all i've to say on that matter.
Work is going well, its been steadily getting busier; we are approaching august as well, which means serious crunch time is coming up.
Oh, i'm quitting smoking (again), wish me luck :3 Now that Lance Armstrong has retired from the Tour de France, I gotta get healthier and start training so I can continue his legacy :P
Coming soon to a gym near you: christopher!
But in all seriousness, I badly want to get into biking again and i'm somewhat eager for a training partner :P If anyone else wants to go hardcore, let me know!

due to my stupidly busy work schedule, the only time I really have for biking is the very early morning ish.
More or less i'm looking at wake at 7am, bike in the car, dressed, all my shit packed by 8. Head to town @ victoria park, light warm-up/stretch, bike for 1 hour (route to be determined), head to work.
Fall/winter i'm looking at either AFC or a Spa membership, cause biking is kind of like... cold in the fall :P
AFC/Spa would probably be evenings.. i'd have to see what school schedule would be like though.
Downside of all this: it costs gas to goto town to bike! It may be possible in my eyes to do shit around cornwall or whatever, but there really isn't much in the way of a good biking trail for endurance training in cornwall, other than the highway; which gets boring after a while, but it might be a good starting point I suppose :3
Anyhow, tell me your ideas!
